The outlook that I have is extremely important. As I become more and more involved in the medical profession remembering for me that it is overall health not just one dimensional. For me I need to keep in mind how important what I eat as well as what I feed my mind mentality is important. I have added a small tai chi workout to the morning that I can build on as I get stronger. Doing the mediation in the morning and reading positive quotes every morning is also part of my routine. I am so happy to be back to a morning routine. I think this is one way I can build as I get stronger.
