Stop and Think

I would have to admit that for me this stop and think idea someink days does not work. How many of us have the ability to remember all the time to stop and think before we react or respond to something. A wise person taught me that if I feel the need to react or talk negatively about something stop and count to 20. In stopping to count this gives me the chance to make sure I want to respond that way.
