WHAT MOTIVATES YOU PART 2

Yesterday I put forth a question of what motivates you to live healthy. In order to keep myself motivated to live healthy I need to have a daily schedule of a healthy start to my day of exercise, and mediation. I also find that I put forth a challenge each day to do one healthy thing that is new each day. This could include self care, mental care or physical care. Writing about also helps me because it gets it out of my head onto paper. Research research and more research. This is something that I do a lot of as I am like a sponge always absorbing information.

Here is a question for everyone? Organic or non-organic food what exactly is the difference? Is organic truly the best for your body? Will fresh npn-organic vegetables do?
