Today is a day for the birds. It s absolutely gorgeous outside today, I have the back patio door open and I am enjoying listening to the birds. It is so incredible listening to them, I have heard it said that the cardinal bird represents someone that has passed coming back to say hi. I have heard tons of cardinals today.

As I continue to grow on my journey of health I am hoping I can share with you all information I find on chronic kidney disease. This is something for my health that I am just starting to learn about.
