Today under healthy tid-bits I wanted to talk about some tips. I got these tips from an article I read on the internet. The name of the website was Healthline. This website I really like as it is just full of information. The article I read was 27 proven Health & Nutrition Tips. I wanted to point out three tips that I found very interesting and I am going to add to my life.

  1. Eat Nuts
  2. Make sure to eat enough protein
  3. Don’t overcook or burn your meat

I found the last tip interesting. I thought that overcooking would dry the meat out and burning it would affect the test. Never did I think of the toxins that could be involved.

I always remind myself that looking after myself is not selfish.
