WINGING IT

When I use the word winging it I try also my best to make it simple. Some days I make dinner with a plan by taking out a protein for me and one for my husband in the morning. On other days I cook without a plan which is what I wanted to talk about here.

You can call it many different things but basically it involves opening the fridge about an hour before dinner and cooking. Here is how l approach it. Outcomes the the peppers, mushrooms, onions, any other vegetables I want and throw it in a pan with some garlic and ginger as well a little while. If you want you can use oil instead of water. Then I choose a protein if I want like Tofu or an already cooked protein. I throw it into the pan. If I feel like it I will cook an organic rice. I will also make a salad and there we go dinner is made.

Sometimes I do need to make alternations to this for my husband as he still does enjoy eating red meat and other stuff.
