KEEPING TRACK

For me keeping track of my health is very important. I searched the interact looking for an app that would keep track of my day like a journal. My psychiatrist has asked for records over the next couple of weeks as to how my day is going. What I ended up finding is a app called a daily journal that I downloaded onto my phone. This app allows me to verbally talk into my phone and it is put into written form. I can then edit it and save it till later.

The other thing that I have added to my tools is I bought a new Fit Bit. This really keeps track of the other things. My exercise, my sleep, food I eat and my stress levels. I downloaded this app to my phone so I can have easy access to it.

Keeping track of my health is really important to me as this way I feel like a more active participant in my health.
