When it comes to tid-bits of health I am always wanting to learn more. I went to the website ” THE GOOD BODY” and got today’s suggestions. I broke it down into the suggestions I didn’t know, and the ones I did.
SUGGESTIONS THAT I DIDN’T KNOW:
- Smelling rosemary can increase alertness
- Chewing gum can increase alertness
- Indoor polloution and dust can be worse then outdoor polloution
SUGGESTIONS THAT I DO KNOW
- Laugh- lightens your load
- Good relationships with those around- helps with your frame of mind
- Look on the bright side- lighten your load
- read a book- great escape
For me I may know these suggestions. Keeping them in mind to use every day though is a different story. I often forget about all of the information I do have and use it.
KNOWLEDGE IS KEY. HOWEVER USING THAT KNOWLEDGE IS EVEN MORE KEY.
