READING

In case some of you are wondering what does emotions have to do with reading it comes back to a book. I have recently gotten back into reading. For me it is a peace of grounding and finding myself especially before I crawl into bed at night.
The book right now that I am reading I am thoroughly enjoying it. The name of the book is SELF MATTERS by DR. PHIL. I choose this book because I knew in my heart that I needed to continue to heal the inner me. I like how Dr. Phil carries his inner being. He respects himself and loves himself. This book is already starting to dig of the emotions and attitude of yes you are special and important. Learning how to live my best life and maintaining all of the other things in my life is very important to me.
If there is anybody else that can recommended any self help books please let me know.
