DEFINE
When I looked up the definition of soul food it talked about a certain type of food you eat. To me that definition is correct. So I should be using the term soulful instead of soul food. I am correcting the wording from here forward.
Soulful means full of or expressing deep emotion. To others it could also represent other things. Soulful to me also means being connected to your soul. This connection for me is very important. So how do I fill up my soul, by being positive, having a gratitude list. Living each day being best me possible keeps me soulful. I try to lead my life directed by kindness and goodwill for myself and those around me.
Random acts of kindness is something that I try to do each and everyday.
