THE BRAIN

Today I wanted to share with everyone what I have leaned on brain health. For me having a health brain is very important as it is the key to my body and health.

The following are a list of helpful hints for the brain:

  1. vitamin D
  2. coconut oil
  3. high quality fish oil supplement
  4. challenge your mind daily
  5. vitamin B12
  6. avoid mercury and aluminium
  7. limit sugar intake
