Today I wanted to share with everyone what I have leaned on brain health. For me having a health brain is very important as it is the key to my body and health.
The following are a list of helpful hints for the brain:
- vitamin D
- coconut oil
- high quality fish oil supplement
- challenge your mind daily
- vitamin B12
- avoid mercury and aluminium
- limit sugar intake
