DEALING VS BURYING

For me dealing with my emotions good or bad is something I do each and every day. For me dealing with my emotions for me means acknowledging them. Acknowledging the emotions allows me to say OK this is how I feel and do whatever I need to do with them. By acknowledging the emotions I am not burying them or stuffing them. I find for me burying and stuffing things can build resentments which in case make me an angry person.
