INSIDE

Healing the inside has been something that has been on my radar for a while. When I look at this list of things that I try to do everyday. it is all part of my inner healing. However for me I am so concerned about my inner me that I am not relaxed enough to allow my inner self to benefit from what I am doing. I am starting to see that no matter the food you eat, how much water you drink, supplements you take or amount of exercise you get, if you are not relaxed and stress free it does no good. For me keeping myself in that open and positive mind frame is extremely.
Here is my list of self care stuff daily
- I drink plenty of water
- Mediate
- Take breaks and get the dog for 2 x 20 min walks
- Eat vegetarian
- High quality supplements
- I listen to my body
- Gratitude journal
With taking on new things it is almost like being back to work full time. I have a set of rules for the home office that I have signed and posted so that way I respect the rules. They are in face all the time as a reminder. Remembering that if I need a break than take it is really important.
