SPICES AND MARINADES
For me the spices and marinades I use are very important. I find right now that my body reacts to everything as it is healing. For that reason I try to make my own spices and condiments. The reason why I make my own condiments and marinades is I need to be very careful of the salt level in my food. I shop with a magnify glass and read every label. You don’t want to shop with me it takes a while for me to shop.
Because I eat vegetarian adding flavor to my food is really important. I got all of my spice recipes, recipes for condiments and marinades from pinterest. I think you can probably also get the information off of the internet. Play around with the flavors you never know what you will find.
I am still trying to find some different proteins that I like. Maybe next weeks blog I will look into different kinds of protein.
