PROTEIN IN IT’S NATURAL FORM

This is definitely something that I am constantly looking at. I am hoping to get the okay from the dietitian this week that maybe I can begin to reintroduce nuts and beans. It has been along time since I have been able have these.

In my research on the internet I have found many ideas for plant based protein. Something that I have found really good right now is a paste that I put on roasted vegetables. I take pesto and lemongrass and make it into a paste.
