FOCUS BREATH

Getting my day off on the right foot is very important. Even though I have me time built in other parts of my day I don’t know what the day will look like. Anything could come up.
First thing in the morning before I step foot in my office I get the dog out for a walk. I take the time to breath in that fresh air and soak up that daylight. This really helps to focus me.
One more thing I do for me. With less daylight starting with the change in season I have dug out my trusted winter tool my light therapy lamp. That lamp is on in the office all day.
