MY DAY

Trying to make sure that I am living a healthy life for me encompasses so much. They do say you are what you eat and drink. I am finding for me that this is so true. I need to feed and nourish my body.

For me though my health goes so far beyond this. It involves how much exercise I get, how I care for myself. The messages that I send myself as well my daily schedule.

I have been struggling with the daily schedule right now. I have no problem doing up a schedule and sticking to it. I even have rules for the office. Where I start to run into complications is where my phone can ring all day with people needing my support or just wanting to chat. I am really struggling with how to deal with this as it can really interfere. I am know trying something new where I have put my phone on vibrate. That way if I am focused on something I can complete that and then deal with whatever else there is. I just started this today so I will let you know how I make out.
