Snacking healthy is something that I am taking a look at. Now my version of snacking healthy could be completely different than yours. For me healthy snacking involves really reading the labels as sodium and sugar levels are really important.
With sugar-free or lower sugar content I am giving up a lot of taste. There is one brand of candy that I can use which has 3g of sugar per bag. I love these candies as they are sour. Also, I am now going down the road of organic cookies, chips, and crackers as there are 2 or 3 brands that have minimal salt and sugar.
When I feel like it, I will also use fruit and vegetables. This is all I usually eat so it is not usually my go-to but I will use it. For me, the most important thing is to read labels.
