This is a question I wanted to put to you all. When you look at yourself what do you see?
I know for me when I look at me I know inside of me is this person that I lost a long time ago. I am finally ready to look at the person inside and get to know her better. This will be a path of exploring which in the end I know will be good for me. It is a process that I would like to share with you all once a week in my weekly how the journey is going.

I see a shell of the person I used to be.

Me as well i have become a shell of a person. I am know digging deep to unveil the inner me because I have had enough of being a shell of a person.
