OUT OF CONTROL

Oh wow I forget how quickly a day can spiral out of control. It happened today. I very quickly got lost in the chaos of my head. I knew that I had to regain my focus and I wanted to share what I did. Keep in mind this is what I find works for me. Everybody is different though.

What worked for me:

  1. Stop and breath
  2. Look for what is causing the stress. My computer and inability to log onto zoom meeting.
  3. Walk a away from the stress and take a break.
  4. Once removed I stopped and talked to the god of my understanding. I asked for there help to help me figure out why I couldn’t log in.
  5. I returned about 5 minutes later after I felt calm and re looked at the meeting link and realised I was on the wrong time zone.

So with the walking away in the moment and grounding myself it allowed me to calm down and refocus. This seems to be a common thing of mine that really stress me out lately. I either can’t find a meeting link when I need it or I am there at the wrong time. Different time zones I hate it. The meeting in the end was fanatic. I went in calm and open minded and got so much out of it.
