
This is a topic that I don’t talk about regularly as it is not one of my passions. If you ask me it’s a thrown in my backside. Especially right now as the mornings are freezing in Canada. I use the word mornings as my usual exercise is getting the dog out for a walk. I have to go in the morning as once I start my day in the office forget it I am not stopping for a walk. Given a chance I can justify why not to go. I tell myself every morning that winter, spring, summer, or fall I need the exercise and daylight as much as the dog does.
Another form of exercise that I do is twice a week I do a 45 minute exercise class with other CKD patients and that gives my body a complete workout. Also I considered the house cleaning a workout.
What ever form of exercise you do just enjoy it each and every day. I know you all know the benefits to exercise, improves your mood, energy, as well keeps your joints and muscles moving.
