Right know at this very moment the only thing I know about brain fog is that I am living in it. I have been in this state for about 3 weeks. Some days are worse then others. I feel like I am living outside of my body. It is completely detached. I did a bit of research on it and as well I wanted to add my experience.
TIPS FOR DEALING WITH BRAIN FOG
- Spend less time on phone, computer, or I pad. Remind yourself to take breaks. I spend a lot of time during the day on my computer. Taking the breaks has really helped me to refresh myself. Not working right now.
- Positive thinking, reduce stress. Keeping myself in a positive mind frame does help. If I find I am getting negative I will stop and acknowledge how I am feeling. I will then look for the positive in it. If I stay in the negative it will really bring down my day.
- Change my diet. This is something that I am doing. Over the last 3 months I noticed that I was eating more red meat and junk food. I need to give myself that extra push to maintain the diet I know I need to eat.
- Get rough sleep. 7 to 8 hours. This is an area I am always looking into because for me it can take up to 1 hour to fall asleep. Once I am asleep that is it though. Down for the count. I think I need to however I think mediate when I go to bed or listen to my sound machine to help me fall asleep.
- Exercise. This I try and do everyday as it helps to energise my body and mind.
- Limit caffeine and alcohol. I love my coffee so that needs work. Alcohol though has been removed for a long time.
So when I look at the tips it really helps me narrow down where I need to work. Hopefully you all found this information valuable as well.

Sleep is huge for me. My brain is useless without it.
