
Today I wanted to get creative and write about the idea of letting go.
What do I need to let go of.
Let Go!!!
- Treat yourself with kindness
- Let go of your perfect image. That perfect job, marriage, body
- Let go of those negative images in your head
- Let go of that burden you carry. Talk about it.
- Allow yourself to grow and learn.
- Let go of those things that hold you back.
- Let go and be free. Enjoy what is in front of you
- Let go and be at peace.
I have learned that life is what you make you if. With learning to let go myself it opens me up to enjoy other people.


I found that it was helpful to let go of expectations about what recovery should look like. Acceptance is a better place for me to be.
