SKILL TESTING QUESTIONS

Some times I feel like I am on jeopardy, when I get some of these questions. So the question I was asked came from my sister. What year did we do Europe 85 or 86? This silly question really racked my brain ans her’s as well or she wouldn’t have been asking. So now my brain is thinking a whole lot happened that summer. Was I 17 or 18. I figured I was 18 that year as I was off to college that fall. So with my calculations it was 85. So I sent her the answer and then doubt set in. It was the same year that I started to date my husband so was it 86. I decided to ask him what year we meet. His answer 88 or 89. I love you honey but it was before then. So I stuck with my original answer of 85.

My point to this. I am not sure about you all but as I get older my brain has gone to mush. This is not the only question that makes me go “I am not sure.”It seems to me that these questions get harder the older we get. So what questions stump you?

  1. Depression has knocked holes in my memory. There are certain events that stand out in my head as being anchored to certain points in time, and then I try to figure out when other things were in relation to those events. Years without key anchor events blur together in my head.
