EARTH FOOD

I have done a lot of research and reading on this subject and I will continue to do this. My diet started to change in at the start of 2021 but I am always adding changes.

Eating earth food and plant based is a decision. Right know I have done a bunch of research on brain food and brain snacks. As well low sugar fruits and vegetables.

BRAIN FOOD:

Beets, broccoli, dark chocolate, Salmon, Walnuts, blueberries, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, oranges, eggs, green tea, whole grains, kale, soy, ginseng, olive oil.

SPICES: Turmeric, rosemary, sage

SNACKS: Hard boiled egg, apple, salsa with veggies, whole grain crackers cheese

LOW SUGAR FRUIT AND VEGETABLES:

FRUIT:

Lemons and limes, raspberries, strawberries, kiwis, grapefruit, watermelon

VEGETABLES:

mushrooms, watercress, spinach, red leaf lettuce, kale, beet greens, arugula, soybean sprouts. celery, broccoli. cucumber, swiss chard, cauliflower, radishes, asparagus
