MOOD BOOSTER

This is a topic that I really wanted to talk about. I am finding that I am researching often looking for new ideas.

Here is some that have worked for me:

  • walk outside. Even if it is just around the block. That connection really helps to boost me.
  • laughter- wither it’s laughing at myself or with somebody it is so uplifting. I also enjoy watching comedy for a break.
  • Give yourself a hug- this may sound a little weird. But it does feel faunistic.
  • Going for a drive- For me I like the lake drive.
  • Turn up the tunes- I love turning up the music in the car and just singing away.
  • Do something nice for someone else- This really brightens me up
  • Call a loved one- This really boosts my mood talking to a love one.
