
I use to think that if your outside looked good then you are in great shape. Through reading and watching videos I am quickly realizing how wrong this actual is. I am realizing how important it is that I look inside first. This is a journey that I have been on for the last couple of years. I am really trying to not to fill my inner void with stuff. Instead I am learning how to love and appreciate myself. Does the negative messages I tell myself get in the way you bet. I have to continually tell myself that I am a good person and not listen to the negative messages. I also really need to remember that change comes over time not overnight.
