CONFUSION

Hi all!! As I sit and write this blog today I am in confusion. I could really use everybody’s input. My girlfriend sent me an email to check out this show ” What the health” film on netflix. So I did. It was a 2hr documentary on food and your health. This documentary blew my mind, this is where the confusion sets in. The documentary talk about all the toxins that are in out food. I am trying my best to have a healthy diet. I have removed all beef and pork from the diet expect for the very odd occasion. My diet is chicken, fish and vegetables. However there are so much toxins in fish and chicken that you shouldn’t be eating it. I am thinking of switching to organic chicken. Is that even safe though.

SO HERE IS MY QUESTION TO ALL OF YOU:

WHAT FOODS ARE SAFE TO EAT. DO I GO VEGAN? IF SO THAT MEANS REMOVING DAIRY AND EGGS RIGHT?
