SLEEP

The more I research this idea the more I learn. For me a good sound sleep where I wake up feeling rested right now is most important. Right now i do not wake up feeling rested.

I am the type of sleeper that once I am asleep I am usually good for the night. However if I wake up I usually can’t go back to sleep. That is what is happening right now I am waking up part way through the night. I do have sleep apnea so I do use a CPAC machine. There are a couple of things that I make sure does happen in order to help my sleep.

  1. Go to sleep at the same time and get up at the same time.
  2. Put a routine activity into place an hour before bed.
  3. Take night time medication at the same time
  4. Use CPAC machine every night.
  5. Don’t watch t.v. or read in bed.
  6. Use sound machine at night. I leave my sound machine on all night
