When I came across this word this morning in an article I was reading I decided that I needed to investigate more. The Webster definition of generosity is ” the quality of being kind and generous.” To me it also symbolizes doing something and expecting nothing back in return.
Generosity to me comes in many forms. I can be generous and share many different things with people such as, my time, money, food the list could go on and on. I love the idea of sharing with others as it fills me up and makes me feel good.
Where I need to focus though is giving back to myself though as I have a real hard time doing that. My inner well usual operates on empty. That tank needs to be filled up with inner joy. I need to be generous to myself.
LIVING IN HEALTH 
I agree, self-generosity is important. It’s like the saying that you can’t pour from an empty cup.
